Batman and Catwoman
OMG - It's been confirmed, you can play as Catwoman in the new Batman
Young Lady Gamer (YLG, because the girlfriend would murder me if I refer to her as the Old Lady Gamer) - Yay!
OMG - You have to steal stuff too.
YLG - Yay!
OMG - But to play her you have to find cats and get to that area. I'm not sure if it's something optional, or ingrained in the main story line. So it may appeal to your OCD of finding every little tiny thing.
YLG - So how much of the game can you play as her?
OMG - I heard estimations of about 10%
YLG - I suppose it would be worth getting the game then.
OMG - Not to save Gotham City?
YLG - That's Batman's job.

6 Arcade Games Too Awesome to Get Released in the... →
Mobile Suit Gundam: Bonds of the Battlefield, a Giant Robot Battle Pod If you’ve never wanted to pilot a giant robot, you’re probably dead inside (or you’re a robot yourself, which is essentially the same thing). Sure, there are plenty of robot-themed games out there, but until one of them allows you to actually step into a large hunk of metal, it just won’t be the...

It wasn't tooooo bad - Link →
Released on the PC in 1997, Star Wars: Yoda Stories was one of many games to come out of Lucasarts during its weird phase, between its hits of the 1990’s and its hits of the early 2000’s, when it rolled the dice on games like Outlaws, Afterlife and this. I actually remember this one.  It wasn’t that bad.  I actually remember enjoying the Star Wars and the Indiana Jones...

4th-life asked: Sorry to interrupt yo' tumblrin', But I was cruising through the Nintendo tag, and I couldn't help but notice your post about Destructoid's article regarding the Nintendo wii. The article was made in March, and it's September now. Nintendo is finally having the balls to release some, FINALLY, some decent games, but being a dick just not releasing them in the U.S. I mean I...

Survey: UK gamers ignoring their Wii consoles... →
That’s a good idea UK, ignore the Wii.  I’m not kidding, the damn thing should have been ignored since day one. There’s no decent games, the controls SUCK, the hardware is the best that 1999 could offer. I always thought the Wii was half-baked and totally not worth any amount of money that you can spend on it. The only reason I’m even mentioning the Wii, is because of...

– Even GameStop Is Making an Android Tablet Reeeeeaaallllly now? I at least know I wasn’t the only one that thought of a tablet that specialized in gaming.   I called it the “Gameboy for Big Boys” because if you’re older than 14, and a boy, and if you have a nintendo portable...

Late Quick Review - LA Noire
You know what’s missing from LA Noire?  The punch in the face option when I’m interrogating.  Maybe that grandma will have more to say when I’m loosening up her dentures?  I don’t know because that’s missing. And maybe I don’t want to play it as a boy scout.  I want to be a dirty cop!  You know that guy in Vice is having a good time and all I get to do is pick...

Batman Arkham City Achievements - Link →
I’m really looking forward to this one.  I was a late comer to Arkham Asylum and hands down it was the best superhero game I have ever played. If you haven’t played the first one do so.  Arkham Asylum is the first game dedicated to maiming, and causing permanent brain damage to clowns.  There is this one room where there are like 20 clowns and you can walk past, or fight them all at...

Speaking of Mass Effect - Link →
Yeah…  that’s gonna happen.  I’m not saying Bioware isn’t going to put that in.  It definitely is, and as far as story-lines go, yeah that’s pretty fascinating.  It’s a lot ballsier to do that in Mass Effect than it is to do that in Halo Reach.   But I hate those fucking Reapers more than I hate Cosplay.  I’m not letting that shit happen. Wait a sec, if...
